BOARDWALK WATERFRONT COTTAGES For Ease with traveling to the other islands, we're located just next to the Washington State Ferry Dock. All four cottages are beautifully clustered and very nicely appointed, with comfortable queen beds, dish TV's, private baths and inviting decks. DSL wireless is available for cottage guests. Three cottages have queen hide-a-beds and two have full kitchens and separate bedrooms. Rose Cottage is incredible with it's spacious, unforgettably beautiful private deck, perfect for rehearsal dinners and private parties. We have a $300 deck fee, and alcohol must be supplied and served by Boardwalk Personnel if more than 14 persons are attending. Parties must end by 9:30pm. Our cafe, known as Mamie's, is the best kept secret in the San Juans, with its attractive covered courtyard and open cliff dining. Mamie's is know for its alrge menu, fast and friendly service. There is no table service or reservations. Orcas Outdoors offers multiple kayak adventures off our deep water kayak dock. Moorage is NOT available. Orcas Island is Beautiful Any Time of Year.
